Paige Raefski had a goal and an assist as fifth-seeded Kearny scored three unanswered goals in the second half to defeat fourth-seeded Livingston, 3-1, in the NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 1, Group 4 quarterfinals in Livingston. Maci Covello and Emily Horvaht each added a goal as well for Kearny (10-6), winners of six in a row. Gabriela Matias made eight saves and Aracely Vasquez had two. Kearny plays top-seeded Ridgewood, No. 4 in the NJ.com Top 20, in the semifinals on Tuesday. Livingston (14-4) took a 1-0 lead on Katherine Riccardi's goal in the first half.
